6 of the Best Bars in Bangkok

Do not miss these amazing bars in Bangkok!

Did you know that Bangkok has FOUR of the World’s Best 100 Bars?

I didn’t! Bangkok just completely blew my mind, not only is it HUGE but the nightlife scene is BEYONDDDDD. There are many different types and styles of bars, and here are my favorites!

Tichuca Rooftop Bar

This bar is located on the rooftop of the T-ONE Building. Let me tell you – vibes are IMMACULATE!

I recommend getting here right before the sun goes down and staying until nighttime to get the sunset view and night views with the city lights! The rooftop is 360° and I have never seen a view like this. Bangkok is truly beautiful and you can just spend hours sipping on tropical cocktails, listening to the DJ’s, and getting lost in the sights.

We tried the Old Fashioned and the Rosita. Drinks run about 400+ Thai Baht ($13+ USD) and we really enjoyed them!

#13: BKK Social Club

Did you know that Bangkok has FOUR of the World’s 100 Best Bars? So my sister and I decided to do our own cocktail lounge crawl and visit each one!

We started off at BKK Social Club – located inside of the Four Seasons Hotel. It gives Buenos Aires, Argentina – take a look at the décor and the names of the drinks. Each cocktail is crafted to perfection and the ones we enjoyed the most were: Evita, Carnival, and Hand of God. Make sure to book your reservation in advance!

P.S. the bartenders were SO fun and kind! They gave us a list of other bars to hit up – they killed it with the recs!

#66 Tropic City

The lighting is EVERYTHING! As you can tell by the name, the drinks are all tropical themed and so is the décor. The bartenders were fun to talk to and made delicious cocktails. My sister and I ran into 2 guys who were also doing a cocktail lounge bar crawl. Trippic Thunder and Jazz Club After Hours are our recommended cocktails!

#19 Mahaniyom

These cocktails for me were the most unique – and the names were just one single word. The bartenders’ expertise and maneuvers were unmatched. This is def a stop to add to your list!

Khao San Road

What to say about Khao San Road… HA it is INSANE! It’s New Orlean’s Bourbon Street and Las Vegas Strip combined. There will be crowds of people walking through hitting up all the bars that are on this road. People offering you questionable things as well. The one regret I have is not going to a ping pong show – we’ve heard those are WILD.

The general consensus was to go to The One – the crazy place (albeit a bit small) with lasers, loud music, and people dancing. There is entrance fee and could be a little bit of a wait; so make sure you have cash!!

Honorable Mention:

#55 Vesper

I was OBSESSED with the emerald green, black, and brown vibe going on in there. Was giving 1920’s speakeasy, and the adjective that comes to mind is: snazzy. Unfortunately, I don’t know what happened to my footage from there – so here is this one picture I still have!

Each cocktail is named after famour artworks, have fun guessing which ones! The menu book is called, “The Art Book” and the even the coasters express art! Don’t be like me and lose your photos though!
